Abstract

BALIA OS is an autonomous AI agent operating system that gives anyone a fully functioning AI team — from day one.

No hiring. No training. No management overhead.

Your team of AI staff handles operations, outreach, finance, research, and security — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — for a fraction of the cost of a single human employee.

Every team member's name, personality, and role is defined by you at setup. This is your team.

BALIA OS T1 launches together with the Genesis Distribution presale (Section 6.3). The Starter Guide, Core Skill Pack, and Security Guardian are delivered as part of T1.

$BALIA is the native token of the BALIA OS ecosystem, enabling staking rewards, real yield, and access rights across the product line.

1. The Problem

Every business needs people. Someone to handle outreach. Someone to track the numbers. Someone to manage day-to-day operations. Someone to make sure nothing breaks.

Hiring is expensive. A team of 5 costs $10,000–$20,000 per month in salaries alone — before benefits, turnover, and management time. For solo operators and small teams, this isn't a tradeoff. It's a ceiling.

AI tools exist, but they're isolated. A chatbot here. An automation there. Nothing coordinates. Nothing remembers. Nothing runs a business.

The missing piece is an operating system — a framework where a team of specialized AI agents works together, shares context, and collectively moves your business forward. Without you having to manage them.

2. The Solution: Your AI Team

BALIA OS gives you a team of AI staff. Each member has a defined role, persistent memory, and the ability to coordinate with the rest of the team — autonomously, every day.

They don't sleep. They don't quit. They don't ask for a raise.

Whatever your business, they start working tomorrow.

Your Team — Built by You

At setup, you define everything: each team member's name, role, personality, and working style. The structure is 6 slots. What goes inside each one is entirely up to you.

A crypto trader might configure a trading analyst, a social media publisher, a P&L tracker, a research scout, a multilingual outreach lead, and a security monitor.

A SaaS founder might configure a product manager, a growth marketer, a customer support lead, a finance tracker, a content writer, and a security monitor.

The slots are the same. The team you build is yours.

#2Marketing & OutreachCommunity Manager · Brand Lead · PR Specialist
#3Finance & ReportingRevenue Tracker · Ad Spend Monitor · Bookkeeper
#4Specialist ATrading Analyst · Content Writer · Sourcing Scout
#5Specialist BMultilingual Outreach · Customer Support · QA Lead
#6Security GuardianAlways Security — this slot is fixed and cannot be changed

Slot #6 is the Security Guardian. It ships with every package and cannot be removed or renamed. Security isn't optional.

What This Looks Like in Practice

A YouTuber uses their Operations lead to manage upload schedules, their Marketing member to draft scripts and post on social, and their Finance member to track channel revenue.

A trader uses their Finance member to generate daily P&L reports, their Marketing member to publish results publicly, and their Operations lead to coordinate the team's research cycle.

A physical store uses their Marketing member to run social media, their Finance member to track daily sales, and their Operations lead to manage supplier communications.

The team is the same. What they work on is up to you.

3. How It Works: Agent OS Layer

BALIA OS is built on OpenClaw, an open-source AI agent framework. Each agent runs with:

Security by Default (Slot #6 — Security Guardian)

Your Security Guardian runs whether you think about security or not.

When you add a new skill cassette, Security Guardian checks it first. Always. This agent is locked into every package — it cannot be removed, renamed, or replaced.

4. Skill Cassette System

BALIA OS uses a modular cassette architecture. The core OS ships with your team. Specific capabilities are added as installable cassettes — each one checked by the Security Guardian before activation.

This means the same team can run a trading operation today and a content business tomorrow. The team doesn't change. The cassette does.

Core Skill Pack (Included with T1)

Every T1 purchase includes a Core Skill Pack installed automatically alongside the Security Guardian:

These are installed via a single command. No manual configuration required.

Product Tiers

T1 subscription (required): T1 includes a mandatory subscription that keeps your Security Guardian and BALIA OS build up to date — $5/month (cancel anytime) or $50/year (no refund for early cancellation; access continues through the paid term). A bundled "T1 + 1 Year Subscription" package is available for $98.

Rather than waiting on T2/T3, T1 is designed to grow with you: additional capabilities are added through skill cassettes (Section below) as they become available, so you are not limited to the starting 6-slot configuration.

Skill Cassettes

Beyond the Core Skill Pack, additional skill cassettes are in active development to extend your team into specific domains — including categories such as crypto trading, YouTube content operations, e-commerce, and prediction-market automation. These are not yet released. Pricing and availability will be announced individually as each cassette is finalized.

5. Transparency

Every day, BALIA OS publishes what happened.

Daily trade results, win rates, and P&L are posted publicly on @BALIA_OS on X. Bybit performance screenshots are attached as third-party verification — unedited, timestamped, and tied directly to the live account.

This isn't a claim. It's a record.

Losing days are posted the same as winning days. The system earns trust by showing everything — not just the highlights.

As the track record grows, every post becomes a verifiable data point. Timestamped, public, and permanent.

Historical results, performance charts, and Bybit verification images will be linked here as the record accumulates.

Total presale raise cap: $175,000.

6.3a Presale Eligibility and Screening

BALIA OS does not perform identity verification (KYC) for presale participants. Instead, participation is subject to automated, pre-transaction screening and to representations you make at the time of purchase:

These automated checks are a risk-management measure, not a guarantee of completeness — publicly available sanctions lists are not exhaustive, and IP-based geolocation cannot perfectly map to every sanctioned region. They are one layer of protection alongside the purchaser representations above, not a substitute for them.

Full eligibility terms, including the specific representations and warranties you make by purchasing, are set out in the presale Terms of Sale, a separate document referenced from the presale page. The Terms of Sale is published in English only, and the English version governs.

6.4 Claim-Time Lock Choice

10% of your presale allocation unlocks immediately at TGE. The remaining 90% vests under a lock period you choose:

ChoiceMultiplierWhen you can choose it
6 months (early unlock)0.5xAnytime, including switching mid-way from the 12-month default
12 months (default)1.0xAutomatic — no action needed
24 months1.5xOnly selectable at the moment you claim (not switchable into later)

There is no deadline to make this choice. If you choose 24 months, you give up the ability to later switch to the 6-month early-unlock option. Each period releases in equal monthly installments.

The additional 0.5x paid to 24-month lockers is funded, first, by the amount forfeited by 6-month early-unlock elections within the same Genesis Distribution pool: each 6-month election gives up exactly the same 0.5x of its base allocation that each 24-month election gains on top of the 12-month default, so the two offset 1:1. As long as 6-month elections do not fall below 24-month elections, this offset is exact and no additional tokens are required. If 24-month elections exceed this offset, the shortfall is funded from the Future Campaign Reserve, capped at 30,000,000 $BALIA.

6.5 Staking

Staking rewards are emission-fixed, not a fixed APY. A pool of 150,000,000 $BALIA (15% of supply) emits at a constant rate over 48 months and is shared among stakers in proportion to their lock-weighted stake (longer locks carry a higher weight, up to a 3-month-plus tier). Because the reward pool is fixed, your effective yield depends on total participation at the time — it is naturally higher when fewer people have staked and adjusts down as more tokens are staked. Rewards accrue while locked and can only be withdrawn (together with principal) once the lock period ends; unlocking early forfeits unclaimed rewards.

6.6 No Transfer Tax

$BALIA carries no transfer tax, to remain compatible with standard DEX and CEX listings. Buy pressure instead comes from product revenue buybacks (Section 6.9) and real yield purchases (Section 6.7).

6.7 Real Yield

10% of BALIA OS's gross product revenue (before affiliate payouts and payment fees) is set aside to purchase $BALIA on the open market and distribute it to stakers, in proportion to lock-weighted stake. Before $BALIA has an open market (pre-TGE), this amount is accrued rather than spent; after TGE, accumulated and ongoing amounts are used to buy $BALIA and distribute it to stakers. All purchase transactions are published on-chain for verification. This is a share of actual product revenue, not a fixed or guaranteed payout.

6.8 $BALIA Payments

After TGE, $BALIA can be used to pay for BALIA OS products at a discount: 10% off one-time tier purchases, 20% off skill cassettes (recurring subscriptions remain USDT/card only). Affiliate commissions are paid in the same currency the buyer used to pay. Proceeds received in $BALIA are processed quarterly: affiliate commissions are paid first, and the remainder is split 70% burned / 30% held in a time-locked treasury reserved for pre-announced uses.

6.9 Buyback & Burn

A portion of BALIA OS product revenue is used for ongoing on-market buyback-and-burn, separate from the real yield mechanism above. Quarterly $BALIA-denominated burns (Section 6.8) are reported publicly with burn amount, treasury transfer amount, and the period covered.

6.10 Community Meme (Concept)

BALIA OS may launch a community meme token as a benefit of holding $BALIA, subject to a future DAO vote — it is not confirmed and is not a commitment. If launched, it would be positioned as a companion benefit to $BALIA rather than a competing asset, run entirely by AI agents, with LP tokens burned or time-locked and mint/freeze authority revoked at launch for on-chain verifiability.

7. Community Points & Rewards

7.1 Points Campaign — Community Unlock Tiers

The Points Campaign reserve (5% / 50,000,000 $BALIA) is not distributed unconditionally. It unlocks in stages as the verified community grows, measured by wallet-linked, Sybil-screened unique participants:

StageParticipants NeededTokens Unlocked (this stage)Cumulative
BaselineNone (unconditional)5,000,0005,000,000
Tier 150010,000,00015,000,000
Tier 22,50015,000,00030,000,000
Tier 35,00012,000,00042,000,000
Tier 410,0008,000,00050,000,000

Unlocked tokens at each stage are shared among participants in proportion to their points, then released in equal installments over 10 months. Unlock eligibility closes at TGE; any tier not reached carries its remaining allocation into the Future Campaign Reserve.

7.2 Buyer Airdrop

Every qualifying purchase of a BALIA OS product — including subscription payments — earns $BALIA at a fixed rate: $1 of qualifying purchase = 200 $BALIA at the standard rate, doubled to 400 $BALIA per dollar for purchases made before TGE. For example, a $48 T1 purchase made pre-TGE earns 19,200 $BALIA, and the $98 "T1 + 1 Year Subscription" bundle earns 39,200 $BALIA.

This reserve is capped at 50,000,000 $BALIA (5% of total supply) and pays out on a strict first-come, first-served basis as qualifying purchases are made. Once the reserve is exhausted, the Buyer Airdrop ends — there is no top-up or replenishment mechanism. Earlier purchasers have a materially better chance of their allocation being paid in full; this is a structural feature of the program, not a guarantee that any given purchase will receive tokens. Granted tokens release in equal monthly installments over 10 months following the grant.

7.3 Contributor Rewards

Community contributions — accepted skill cassettes, bug reports, improvement proposals, and qualifying content — earn Contributor Points, redeemable at a fixed rate (unlike the Points Campaign above, this reserve is not capped by participation — it pays out per accepted contribution and continues after TGE). As a reference point, one accepted skill cassette contribution is valued at approximately $15 worth of $BALIA at the TGE price.

7.4 Anti-Sybil Protections

Because campaign participation affects both individual rewards and unlock timing, BALIA OS applies multiple layers of Sybil resistance to campaign participants: IP and VPN-range screening, a minimum account-age requirement on linked social accounts, and a minimum wallet balance requirement (waived for anyone who has made a qualifying purchase, since a real payment is itself proof of legitimacy). A short verification window follows each tier before it is confirmed, to filter last-minute fraudulent sign-ups.

8. Referral & Affiliate System

3-Tier Structure

TierReward
Direct referral20%
Child10%
Grandchild10%

Each affiliate receives a dedicated Solana wallet, and referral attribution is automatic and verifiable on-chain. Referral rewards also apply to subscription payments, not just one-time purchases. Payouts are paid twice monthly, in the same currency the referred purchase was paid in.

9. Roadmap

The phases below describe the public rollout timeline. BALIA OS also maintains an internal development roadmap with its own phase numbering for engineering purposes — the two are not the same sequence and should not be conflated.

Phase 1 — Foundation (Q2 2026)

Core infrastructure, product design, and initial go-to-market groundwork.

Phase 2 — Launch (Q3 2026 · July–September)

Phase 3 — Growth (Q4 2026 · October–December)

Phase 4 — Token Launch (Q1 2027)

Phase 5 — DAO (Q2 2027+)

10. Why Now

The AI agent sector is at a structural inflection point. Major venture capital firms project AI agents as the native financial and operational layer of the next economy — with potential economic impact exceeding $30 trillion by 2030.

Early deployments have already proven the model. Autonomous AI agent systems have demonstrated the ability to generate six-figure revenues within weeks of launch — operating independently, publishing results publicly, and scaling without human bottlenecks.

BALIA OS takes this further. Where early single-agent systems run one function, BALIA OS runs a full team — coordinating across operations, outreach, finance, research, and security, every day.

The combination of:

...creates a system that gets more valuable with every user, every cassette, and every verified result.

11. The System

BALIA OS runs on OpenClaw — an open-source AI agent framework — with Claude (Anthropic) as the core reasoning layer for each agent.

This is not a chatbot wrapper. It is a coordination layer.

Each agent operates as a persistent session with a defined identity, role boundaries, and shared memory across the team. Agents hand off tasks, escalate decisions, and flag anomalies — without waiting for human input. The nightly strategy meeting runs automatically. Daily reports are generated and published automatically. Security scans run every 4 hours, automatically.

The system has no public human figurehead. The agents are the organization.

All output is logged, versioned, and published publicly. Meeting summaries, daily activity logs, and trade results are posted to @BALIA_OS on X.
