T1 STARTER · BALIA OS · OPEN FOR SIGNUP TODAY

You want to use AI. You just don't know where to start.

Not techy? You can still run an AI team yourself. That sentence is the entire reason BALIA OS exists — and T1 Starter is the cheapest door into it.

You already know which parts of your work should be automated. What you don't know is how to hand that work over to an AI in a way that actually holds together.
You asked an agency for a quote, and the number came back in a completely different order of magnitude than the budget in your head.
You tried to learn it yourself. But every article and video assumes a different setup, and none of them tell you which one is right for your situation.

What you're missing isn't motivation or talent. It's the first blueprint — a decision about who does what, written down before you start. T1 Starter is that blueprint.

// WHAT CHANGES AFTER YOU BUY

You're not buying documents. You're buying the state you'll be in afterwards.

T1 Starter ships five things. Here is what each one actually removes from your week.

Core OS setup guide
The time you'd spend deciding where to begin drops to zero. You open the guide, hand it to your AI, and follow what it tells you. Installation and configuration happen with an AI sitting next to you the whole way — this is the same AI-guided setup path described in our FAQ, rewritten so that someone who has never built an AI system can reach a working team.
6-member team architecture guide (5 roles you define + Security Guardian)
The question "what should the AI actually do?" arrives already answered, split across five roles you define — operations, outreach, finance, research, and specialist work — plus a sixth slot that is always the Security Guardian, running whether you think about security or not. You don't design that division from scratch — and you don't discover three months in that you split it wrong.
Agent persona prompt templates
Rewriting your prompt from scratch every session stops. Each agent gets a name, a role, and a personality you configure once — and from then on it keeps judging things by the same standard instead of drifting every time you ask.
Discord workspace template
There is somewhere for the reports to land, from day one. Open Discord on your phone and you can see what your team has been doing — without being at your desk.
Community access
When you get stuck, there is someone to ask. Instead of losing a full day alone, you reach the answer from someone who got stuck in exactly the same place.

About the required $5/month subscription

T1 requires a subscription at $5/month, or $50/year, alongside the one-time purchase. It is not a usage fee — it is what keeps the thing from quietly going stale or going down.

Security Guardian. Your agents keep running around the clock. Underneath them, a watcher runs continuously over your configuration files and skills, so that a deletion or an unexpected change gets noticed instead of being found weeks later.

BALIA OS updates. Models and tooling shift on a scale of months. The subscription is what keeps your copy of the OS moving with them, instead of freezing on the blueprint you bought on day one.

You can cancel at any time.

// WHY $48

Whether $48 is expensive depends entirely on what you'd pay instead.

If you assemble this yourself, the first thing you have to settle is how to divide an AI team into five roles you define, with the Security Guardian fixed as the sixth. Split it too finely and you spend your time managing agents. Collapse it into one and its judgment drifts every time the topic changes. There is no way to know where that line goes until you have run it — which is exactly the part T1 hands you already resolved.

If you hire it out instead, the engagement starts with meetings to put into words what you even want built. That articulation work is precisely what the T1 guide and prompt templates fill in before you say a word.

The $48 price isn't there to look cheap — it's set deliberately as the lowest-friction entry point for people who want to actually build and learn hands-on.

And upgrades are difference-only. If you start at T1 and later move to T2 or T3, you pay the gap — not the whole thing again. Paying $48 today does not close any door you might want later.

// SO WHAT CAN YOU ACTUALLY BUILD

Four skill cassettes, already built and published.

These are cassettes actually built on the BALIA OS structure, written up as build guides. None of them are locked to one industry — each is organized as a general procedure you can point at your own field.

Every case uses the same two tools.

CLAUDE (claude.ai)
Decides what gets built, through conversation. Produces the blueprint and the spec. Like a session with an architect.
CLAUDE CODE (VS Code)
Takes the finished blueprint and actually creates the files and writes the code. The carpenter on site.
The loop: talk to Claude → you get a spec → Claude turns it into an instruction file (TASK.md) → you hand TASK.md to Claude Code → it builds it → you report the result back to Claude → you get the next instruction file. Repeat until done.
PUBLISHED
Reservation management system
A "bookings + automatic notifications" cassette for any business that takes reservations — restaurants, salons, clinics, physical therapy.
"Notifications to the venue (Discord) and notifications to the customer (WhatsApp, SMS, LINE and so on) go to fundamentally different channels. In this case study, that distinction gets sorted out during the very first requirements conversation, before any design begins."
6 PHASES · PHASE 0 KICKOFF PROMPT PUBLISHED
PUBLISHED
Auto-updating community / fan site
For any subject with an official source that posts on a schedule — a game, a product, a sports team — a system that keeps a community reference site current on its own, and posts the diff to Discord.
"Information that is safe to auto-update and information that needs a human or the community to verify get separated clearly during the first requirements conversation. The newer the content, the more likely it is that no community knowledge exists for it yet."

Secretary agents
Scheduling, expense filing, email triage — the admin work you do every day without counting it as work — split across several agents. You send a Discord voice message on the move; the report comes back as both audio and text.
"Transcription runs on a local Whisper model, so the audio is never sent anywhere and there is no API cost." … "Starting with three — schedule, expenses, email — is the easiest configuration to handle."
6 PHASES · SPLIT BY PERMISSION SCOPE
PUBLISHED
Crypto trading automation
A trading bot built on exchange APIs that detects price patterns and enters and exits on its own — built with the strictness a system handling investment decisions requires, including data-leakage prevention and time-series backtesting.
"Most off-the-shelf trading software locks in one logic built on past data and keeps using it. Here, backtests run every day on that day's market data and the watchlist is reselected." … "You only move to real funds after building up staged verification on historical data."
5 PHASES · DEMO FIRST, THEN SMALL LIVE SIZE

The Phase 0 kickoff prompt for each case is public — you can paste it into Claude today and watch the requirements conversation start. The full build guides that follow are what opens up after you buy T1.

// BEFORE YOU ASK

The questions people ask right before buying.

Do I need any technical background?+
No. The setup is entirely AI-guided. You open the starter guide, paste a command to your AI, and follow the steps. The agent handles installation, configuration, and tells you exactly what to do at each stage. If you've ever had a conversation with an AI assistant, you can set up BALIA OS. We rewrote the entire guide this month specifically so that someone who has never built an AI system before can follow it to a working agent team.
What does the $5/month subscription cover?+
Two things: Security Guardian, which continuously watches your configuration and skill files for deletion or unexpected changes while your agents run; and BALIA OS updates, which keep the OS itself current as models and tooling change. It is available at $5/month or $50/year. The subscription is required alongside the one-time T1 purchase.
Can I cancel the subscription?+
Yes, at any time. If you are on the annual plan, cancelling does not produce a refund — you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and it is not prorated. The one-time T1 purchase itself is not a subscription and is not affected by cancelling.
What exactly is BALIA OS?+
BALIA OS is an AI agent operating system. You get a team of 6 AI agents — each with a defined name, role, and personality you configure at setup. The team handles operations, outreach, finance, research, and security. Cassettes are installable skills that give the team a new domain to work in.
Can I move up to T2 or T3 later?+
Yes. Upgrades are difference-only — you pay the gap between tiers, not the full price again. T1 is currently the only tier open for signup; T2 and T3 are coming soon.
What about the $BALIA token?+
$BALIA is the native token of the BALIA OS ecosystem — governance, staking rewards, and access rights. TGE is planned for Q1 2027 on Solana (1 billion total supply). All tier purchasers receive airdrop eligibility at TGE, proportional to their tier; T1 carries a ×1 allocation.
// WHY START NOW

Why it's $48 right now.

The list price is $96. The $48 you see is that price with a 50% launch campaign discount applied.
There is no countdown timer on this page, and no "only N left" counter. We're not going to manufacture urgency out of numbers that aren't real. The only honest statement is this: it is a launch campaign price, and launch campaigns are not permanent.
Buying T1 carries $BALIA airdrop eligibility at TGE, planned for Q1 2027 — a ×1 allocation for T1. Eligibility is fixed at the point of purchase.
T1 is the only tier open for signup right now. T2 and T3 are coming soon. If you're starting today, this is the door.

Your AI team can start moving today.

The blueprint, the five roles you define plus the Security Guardian, the prompt templates, the workspace, and the people to ask when you're stuck — the entry point to all of it.
